➀ Fraunhofer IPMS is expanding its long-term collaboration with GlobalFoundries to launch several research projects on innovative integrated storage concepts. ➁ The Center Nanoelectronic Technologies (CNT) at Fraunhofer IPMS is researching new processes and concepts for storage modules in GlobalFoundries' chip technologies. ➂ The projects are part of the Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) funded by Saxony and the Federal Government, aiming to develop scalable and energy-efficient storage solutions beneficial for IoT and automotive sectors.
