➀ Trident Techlabs, an Indian semiconductor company, is acquiring 60% of Sivaltech Group. Sivaltech specializes in semiconductor design and related technologies. The acquisition aims to strengthen Techlabs' presence in the semiconductor services market and support local design and manufacturing in India. ➁ Both companies will focus on semiconductor design services, packaging solutions, testing and verification, process optimization, and end-to-end design services. ➂ The deal is expected to broaden the customer base globally and develop a talent pool in semiconductor technology.
