<p>➀ Honda is recalling over 259,000 vehicles due to a brake pedal installation defect affecting models from 2021 to 2025, including the Acura TLX, Acura MDX, and Pilot.</p><p>➁ The issue is caused by a manufacturing defect where the brake pedal pivot pin is not staked, potentially leading to the pedal becoming loose and shifting out of position.</p><p>➂ Honda began investigating the issue in April 2024 and has now decided to recall 7,332 Acura TLX models, 67,448 Acura MDX vehicles, and 184,253 Pilot SUVs.</p>
