➀ Phisat-2, a 6U CubeSat launched by Open Cosmos in partnership with ESA, showcases in-orbit AI for Earth observations. ➁ The satellite runs four AI-based apps including Sat2Map, Cloud Detection, Vessel Detection, and Deep Image Compression. ➂ Two additional apps, Anomalies in Marine Ecosystems and PhiFire AI, will be added for marine ecosystem monitoring and wildfire detection.
